Pumpkin Pancakes

You’re my honey-bun, sugar plum, pumpy-umpy-umpkin!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup potato starch

3 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp baking soda (Honestly, I’m not sure why this even matters.)

2 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp melted butter

1/2 cup warm milk

1 egg

1/4 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup pumpkin (From a can!)

Directions:

  1. Combine the drys.

  2. Combine the wets separately.

  3. Mix the wets and drys.

  4. Like all pancakes, let sit for like 10 minutes before frying these bad boys up.
