I am a recent college graduate living in San Francisco. I love to cook (obviously) but also enjoy essentially any activity that would also appeal to a 1940s housewife.
The bumblebee is an important symbol to me, not just because of it’s link to sweets, but because it is black and yellow, which I take to represent my African American and Chinese heritages. Yes, that’s racist and let’s call racism out when we see it.
I started this blog with the hope of sharing the Joy of Cooking (TM) with my friends and family. Just because we are first-time adults doesn’t mean we have to eat instant ramen.
