Pizza
I’m only going to give you the recipe for the dough under the assumption that you know how to top a pizza.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup warm water
1 packet yeast
3 3/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Add yeast to water and let sit for 5 minutes.
Add oil and salt. Mix.
Add flour. Knead.
Let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
Knock the air out of the dough and cut dough in half (it makes two pizzas the size of a cookie sheet). If you want, you can wrap the dough balls in saran wrap and refrigerate for up to to 24 hours in advance.
Let the dough balls rise under a bowl for another hour. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400F.
Roll out on a floured surface.
Top the pizza.
Bake for 20 minutes until the crust is firm and golden.
