Home Fries

These are so easy that you can do them hungover.

Ingredients:

Potatoes

Seasoning salt

Olive oil

Directions:

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into about 1 inch chunks.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the potatoes.

  3. Cook with the lid on so that the steam softens them. This will take almost 10 minutes. Make sure to stir occasionally so they don’t stick and burn.

  4. Add more oil and the seasoning salt. Turn the heat up slightly and fry until golden brown.
