Conversions

Measurement conversions are a must-know. You can find them almost anywhere -fridge magnets, cookbooks, even on the utensils themselves. BUT the best place to find them is in your memory. Take a second to learn these:

1 pint liquid = 2 cups

1 cup liquid = 8 oz.

1/4 cup dry = 4 tbsps

1 tbsp = 3 tsps
