KitchenAid Stand Mixer

Y’ALL! THIS IS MY FAVORITE ITEM OF ALL TIME. THIS IS THE CADILLAC OF COOKING SUPPLIES.

But, when I first got mine (for Christmas from my amazing roomies), it didn’t work. It sounded much louder than I remembered my parents’ sounding, it would slow down under minimal strain, and then stopped working altogether.

PANIC ENSUES!

So, I “adulted” up and called KitchenAid customer service. I talked so some guy named Brian in Tennessee for about 10 minutes and they actually cleared it all up! They are sending a brand new mixer to me next week and all I have to do is pack up the broken one and send it back. Even exchange with zero hassle (under warranty). That never happens anymore.

Long story short, I love KitchenAid and would recommend their products to anyone who asks. They are a little (more than a little) pricey, but they will also last for literal decades. I even bought the ice cream maker attachment -so get ready.
