Japanese Salmon

A child could make this (if you allowed them to operate an oven).

Ingredients:

Salmon filets

Salt

Directions:

  1. Place the filets skin side down on a baking sheet.

  2. Sprinkle with salt. Remember, you can always add more salt later and make a note for the next time you make this.

  3. Put the oven on broil (500F) and broil the salmon on the top shelf with the oven door slightly open. It will only take a few minutes to cook, so keep an eye on it. Light golden brown on the top should be perfect and it should be cooked through but not dry.
